C&B Civil was originally started by Olin Cannon and Adam Brang in 2019, in response to the growing demand for Infrastructure Improvements across Central and North Florida. Now owned and operated by Debra Ryder and Adam Brang, we strive for high quality, safety and honoring commitments, which permeates throughout our company.

Leadership
C&B Civil is owned and operated by Debra Ryder and Adam Brang, with experience and qualifications to help projects from start to finish.
Adam Brang, a 9th Generation Floridian from Cocoa Beach has been in construction since 1997 where he started at MetCon Steel working at Cape Canaveral, then moving to Gainesville working for a reputable Wastewater plant contractor. Getting his GC, and then Utility license, he now has the right experience and qualifications to help your project start to finish.
Debra Ryder, a native of Southbridge MA, worked in upper Retail Management with oversight of 100+ employees for over 20 years. Now the major stockholder in C&B Civil, she is a business leader that wants to build and manage the company you would be proud to hire again and again.
Unlike some competitors who do not hold a GC and / or Underground license, C&B Civil is fully licensed to perform the work your job requires.
